SPAx3.0

SPAx is a program that began as SPAA or Student Professional Awareness Programs in 1976. These activities are organized by IEEE student branches and give students a chance to hear experienced engineers from various backgrounds discuss topics in various professional development categories. The “x” in SPAx is a variable. It can be a lecture with a guest speaker, a series of activities focused on improving professional skills, and a social event to promote networking and team building. Tunisia, on 8 May 2022, the long awaited SPAx Tunisia “Student Professional Awareness program” took place in the context of the second edition of the IEEE region 8 (Europe, Africa and Middle East) at the amphitheatre mokhtar laatiri at ENIT. This collaboration between IEEE ENIT and IEEE INSAT offered students the opportunity to develop their soft skills in various fields of engineering, through activities, discussions, presentations and seminars, assisted by numerous speakers.
