Meeting’s content: – NRTF General Assembly prep: – Discussing and preparing the content of the presentation that will be projected during the general assembly in order to introduce NRTF to the members. – Sponsoring updates: – If there’s any advancements in the sponsoring department, the sponsoring manager will discuss them. – External relations department: – The external relations manager will present to all meeting’s attendees their strategy for the mediatization of the event outside of INSAT. – The date for the call for ambassadors will be set during this meeting. – Media Updates: – The media manager will propose some templates for future social media posts.
