Membership Development is a function of recruiting new members as well as retaining existing members. This is accomplished by ensuring your members are receiving the “value” they expect from being an IEEE member To best deliver the “value” members expect, each Section has to understand what their members are interested in and then attempt to deliver on those interests whether it be simply directing the member to the Benefits Finder or working with members on projects like
