Brainstorming Session: Innovative Project Ideas – A brainstorming session will be held to generate creative ideas for new projects and initiatives – Ideas will be evaluated based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with IEEE RAS objectives. – Selected projects will be assigned to small teams for further development and presentation in the next meeting. ————————————————————— 3. Focus on Educational Outreach – The board will discuss plans to expand educational outreach programs. – Proposals will include hosting robotics workshops for high school students, creating online tutorials for beginners, and partnering with educational institutions to provide hands-on learning opportunities. – A taskforce will be formed to develop a detailed outreach plan, including schedules, required resources, and targeted audiences. ————————————————————— 4. Exploring Partnerships with Startups and Innovators – The board will explore opportunities to collaborate with robotics startups and innovation hubs. – Members will discuss ways to create mutually beneficial partnerships, such as offering startups a platform to showcase their technology during chapter events.
