Virtual: https://events.vtools.ieee.org/m/454040

The Leadership Workshops for the upcoming officers and board members of the IEEE ESPRIT Student Branch will serve as a vital platform for knowledge transfer and skill development. These workshops are designed to provide new leaders with insights from former officers, who will host tailored sessions based on their previous roles, sharing practical advice and firsthand experiences. This initiative will effectively bridge the gap between the outgoing and incoming boards, ensuring the seamless transfer of institutional knowledge. By revisiting real-world challenges, strategies, and success stories, the new board members will gain a deeper understanding of their roles and responsibilities. The workshops will also promote a culture of mentorship, empowering the next generation of leaders to take on their roles with confidence, drive, and a strong sense of purpose, while preserving the legacy of excellence within the IEEE ESPRIT Student Branch.
