As the program progresses, participants will explore Version Control and Collaboration, mastering GitHub essentials and collaborative workflows in Week 2. Weeks 3 and 4 dive into the technical aspects of web development, with sessions on React and SpringBoot, providing hands-on experience and expertise in building robust web applications. Participants will then delve into Containerization and Orchestration in Week 4, gaining a deep understanding of Docker fundamentals and Kubernetes basics, essential for modern software deployment and management. In Week 5, the focus shifts to Business Analytics and Intelligence, introducing participants to key concepts and tools in business analytics, empowering them to derive valuable insights from data to drive strategic decisions. Finally, Week 6 focuses on Career Development and Soft Skills, offering workshops on crafting effective CVs and cover letters, ensuring participants are equipped with the tools they need to succeed in the tech industry. Dronathon: IEEE Drones Hackathon

Dronathon is a collaborative event organized by IEEE Ensit (Higher National Engineering School Of Tunis) SB and IEEE AESS Ensit (Higher National Engineering School Of Tunis) SB Chapter, dedicated to exploring the realm of drones through immersive learning and innovation. The event is scheduled to take place on April 20th and 21st, with activities commencing on April 20th at 9am. Starting from 9am on April 20th, participants will engage in the check-in process and a welcoming ceremony. From 11am until 7pm, a series of conferences and workshops will unfold, covering a diverse range of topics including advanced technical aspects of drone design, programming, manufacturing, business development strategies, and financial planning for startups within the drone industry. Experienced experts will lead these sessions, providing valuable insights and practical advice for transforming innovative ideas into successful ventures. At 7pm, team-building activities will commence, fostering collaboration and camaraderie among participants. At 12am, the specifications books for the hackathon will be shared, signaling the start of the hackathon, which will continue until 1pm on April 21st. During this time, teams will collaborate to tackle challenges presented in the specifications books, showcasing their skills and creativity in solving real-world problems in the drone domain. On April 21st, from 1pm onwards, teams will pitch their solutions, and winners will be announced. Prizes will be awarded to the winning teams, recognizing their achievements and innovative contributions. Whether you're passionate about the technical aspects of drones or interested in business development strategies and user-centered innovation, Dronathon offers a unique opportunity to delve into the exciting world of drones while exploring fundamental principles of entrepreneurship and design thinking. Summary of Initiative : The IEEE SIGHT Day Celebration Congress (SDC) will be the first SIGHT Congress made by Tunisia. Said occasion will be a month-long preparation for SIGHT Groups & Student Branches who wish to participate, where each and every one of them have to realize a challenge that will be published to the public prior the event. In collaboration with the local humanitarian units, the problem will be raised for the participants to work on, and eventually, the best potential solution will be funded and cubed by startups. By the start of April, the celebration begins with various Humanitarian activities, showcasing the work of SIGHT units all across the world, highlighting many solved problems and getting to meet people from all across the world both virtually and in reality. Stories of underserved areas will be published and discussed with big names from the HTB Committee, initiating efforts to solve their issues. Alongside many success stories of realized projects and their impacts to this day on the communities. The goal is to connect and inspire engineering students and young professionals with the latest trends and innovations in technology, entrepreneurship, and humanitarian activities.
