Meeting Notes and Decisions: Dividing Interviews: The number of students who applied is promising. Interview scheduling will depend on our availability. The interview invitation email will be sent via the DO email account. Parallel interviews will be considered to optimize time management, with a goal to complete all 18 interviews within a week. Emna and Ines should aim to attend all interviews. The application form will be closed today. Applications from FST students were received, although they might present challenges related to availability, commitment, and public perception (e.g., concerns about recruiting from outside our university). Despite these issues, interviews will be conducted for fairness, though candidates from FST, already chair and vice chair of SecuriNets FST, are unlikely to be selected. Specific interview assignments: Chair Interviews: Emna and Ines. Treasurer/Sponsorship Interviews: Melek and Turki. Technical Manager Interviews: Iyed and Gdoura. Vice Chair Interviews: At least one chair and vice chair should be present. Details about the interviews: Notes will be taken during the interviews for documentation. Interviews should preferably be held in person, if feasible. An assessment sheet will be used for each interview, listing the attendees and allowing each participant to add their own notes. All interview data will be saved in a centralized folder for consistency. Emna has already created a DO 2025 folder, which Ines and the CS board members have access to. This folder contains all the tailored questions as well. Tailored Questions: Basic questions will be asked during the interviews. Specific questions will be tailored to each individual to hold them accountable for the information provided in the form. Questions regarding motivation and commitment will also be included. Candidates will be contacted tomorrow. There will be four separate calendars: one for the Treasurer, one for the Technical Manager, one for the Vice Chair, and one for the Chair. (calendly) The question "Why should we choose you?" will be asked if necessary. Additional questions will focus on the dynamic between the Chair and Vice Chair. Vice Chairs need to be informed about the hierarchical structure. Based on the current pool of candidates, there are no profiles of Vice Chair or Chair candidates who are technically competent, so the event will be technically managed by the Technical Manager. Eya will be responsible for sending all interview emails, with Soumaya available for assistance if needed. OTHER POINTS: Poster Session Proposal Aziz Amari proposed organizing a poster session where researchers will present their work. The session will last for two hours. There will be a preselection of participants who wish to pitch, and a jury will be involved in the process. This could serve as a valuable opportunity for sponsorship. A meeting with CS, ACM, and Aziz will be organized before a final decision on the DO committee to assess the feasibility of the session. It was suggested to add the poster session with Aziz managing it. Agenda: Dividing Interviews Details about the interviews Tailored Questions INSAT, TUNIS, Tunis, Tunisia
