AINS 2025 – A National Summit with a Visionary Ambition Innovation, technology, and advancement are undeniably the keys to a more promising future and a better use of human potential. What could be more powerful than bringing together passionate, like-minded individuals to share knowledge, compete, and grow? Perhaps only a national-scale summit, hosting international speakers, and combining a hackathon, competition, and , for the first time, poster session—all in one exceptional event. This is exactly what the AI National Summit (AINS), led by the INSAT CS Chapter, has been achieving. What started as an ambitious idea is now heading into its third consecutive edition, bigger and bolder than ever before. This year’s edition raises the bar. Under the theme "Democratizing Intelligence", we aim to make AI accessible to all. Throughout April, top-tier professionals from leading Tunisian and international companies will offer free workshops, inspiring and empowering participants. The summit, held on June 14–16, will feature: - A unique Poster Session, offering innovators the chance to showcase their AI research and projects. - A real-life Hackathon challenge focused on simplifying the Tunisian administrative process using RAG and Tool Calling. - A Data Science competition, testing both technical and teamwork skills. - Keynotes and talks from renowned AI experts. Yet, such a high-level event faces serious financial challenges—especially in light of recent tax law changes that removed incentives for companies to sponsor student-led initiatives. While the INSAT CS Chapter is fully committed, and our accommodation team secured a deal with a hotel providing the required halls for free, the condition remains: we must pay 35,000 TND in advance to secure the spot by mid-April. Our expenses include: - Venue & Accommodation: Large conference hall, 3 mid-sized competition rooms, and 1 for pitch sessions – venue secured free; accommodation costs pending. - Participant & Speaker Experience: Coffee breaks, meals for ~300 attendees, and full coverage of international speakers’ stays. - Communication & Visibility: Estimated 1.6M TND for promotion materials, social media ads, goodies, etc. - Poster Session Costs: Poster supports (~100 TND each), printing 30–40 posters (~3M TND). - Prize Pool: 17.4M TND to reward hackathon, competition, and poster winners. - Technical Material: Estimated 20M TND, essential for a live technical competition of this scale. Behind each planned expense lies a carefully thought-out purpose, reflecting the real cost of bringing a high-impact initiative to life. For those who understand the challenges of organizing such a national-scale event, these aren’t just expenses—they are intentional, purpose-driven investments in innovation, education, and youth empowerment. Each contribution supports key components: from free, expert-led workshops to an inclusive participant experience and well-deserved recognition of excellence. With the right support, AINS 3.0 won’t just happen—it will inspire. We believe in AINS because we believe in the future of AI in Tunisia. But even the most ambitious ideas need support to shine. We are reaching out to you not just for funding, but for belief—in our vision, our mission, and our capacity to make this summit OUT-STANDARD. Tunisia, Tunisia, Tunisia, Tunis, Tunisia
